Technological and Immersive Training for Our Technicians

The Interway Group, a leader in technological services, is resolutely committed to training its employees in the field. This week, we have taken a revolutionary step in training: the introduction of the Virtual reality (VR) in our electric habilitation program.

Project presentation:

Our teams had the opportunity to train with an exceptional tool: the virtual reality headset developed by 2JPROCESS. Thanks to this cutting-edge technology, our technicians were able to practice on complex and potentially dangerous scenarios, all in complete safety. Gone are the unnecessary risks during training!

Our interns can now handle equipment, solve problems and learn from their mistakes without any risk. This total immersion offers a new dimension to our training.

Benefits for learners

The immersive approach we have adopted offers significant advantages both for our learners and for our clients.

  • Increased understanding of procedures By immersing our technicians in a realistic virtual environment, they can not only learn the procedures, but also understand them in depth. Repetition of complex scenarios strengthens their understanding.
  • Enhanced confidence By practicing safely in potentially dangerous situations, our interns gain confidence. They know they are better prepared to face the challenges of the field.
  • Improved skills Regular practice in a virtual environment allows technicians to hone their skills. They can focus on specific aspects and perfect their movements.

Benefits for Group customers

  • More trained technicians Our customers benefit from technicians who are familiar with the procedures and equipment. This results in a more efficient and higher-quality service.
  • Increased efficiency Confident and skilled technicians work more efficiently. Timelines are met, which benefits our customers.
  • Enhanced security Our technicians, trained in a virtual environment, are more aware of the risks and safety measures. This reduces accidents and incidents on the ground.
