Groupe interway and sogetrel enter into exclusive negotiations with a view to the acquisition of a majority stake in the interway group by sogetrel
After several months of discussions, we are pleased to inform you that Groupe Interway and SOGETREL Group entered into exclusive negotiations so that the latter can achieve a majority acquisition within our company. This project is part of the Sogetrel group's strategy to accelerate its development in the sector of digital infrastructure and connected objects services. Patrick Benoit, co-founder, shareholder alongside Sogetrel and chairman of Interway, will continue to lead and develop the group in synergy with the other entities of the Sogetrel group.
Patrick Benoit, co-founder and president of Interway comments: “Certain of the complementarity of our expertise and the proximity of our corporate cultures, we deeply believe in the success of the association of our teams and those of Sogetrel. This merger will make it possible to accelerate the group's development, to increase its capacity for innovation in the service of its customers while enrolling our teams in a more ambitious project with more resources ”.
Xavier Vignon, President of Sogetrel, comments: “In 5 years Sogetrel has established itself as the leader in digital infrastructure and connected objects services in France.
